Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

By ticking the consent box in the request form at brouncher.ru/contact and sending the request, I — the contact person of the organisation whose details are given in the request — freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give specific, informed, conscious and unambiguous consent to the processing of my personal data on the terms below (Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”).
1. Operator
This consent is given to the operator of the Brouncher service:

2. Purpose of processing
To consider the request to connect the organisation to the Brouncher service, to contact me about the request, and to prepare and conclude an agreement with the organisation.
3. Personal data covered
- first and last name;
- email address;
- phone number, if I gave one;
- the information I gave in the comment to the request, and information about the organisation insofar as it contains my personal data.
4. Operations and methods of processing
Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to the person named in section 5, blocking, erasure and destruction. Processing is carried out with and without automation, with transmission over the Internet.
5. Person processing data on the operator's instructions
VK LLC (Leningradsky Prospekt 39, bldg. 79, Moscow, 125167, Russia) — the VK WorkSpace email service through which emails relating to the request are sent and stored: the confirmation, the notification to the operator and further correspondence.
Data is not transferred across borders. It is stored and processed in Russia.
6. Term of consent
This consent is valid from the moment the request is sent until the purpose of processing is achieved, but no longer than 3 years from the date of my last contact with the operator, or until I withdraw it.
7. Withdrawal of consent
7.1. I may withdraw this consent at any time by writing to contact@brouncher.ru from the address given in the request, or by stating the request number.
7.2. After withdrawal, the operator stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days, unless it has another lawful basis to continue processing — for example, an agreement concluded with the organisation.

I have read the Privacy Policy, which describes how data from requests is processed and my rights as a data subject.
